STAND YOUR GROUND

Esther 4:13-14
Mordecai sent this reply to Esther: “Don’t think for a moment that because you’re in the palace you will escape when all other Jews are killed. If you keep quiet at a time like this, deliverance and relief for the Jews will arise from some other place, but you and your relatives will die. Who knows if perhaps you were made queen for just such a time as this?” (NLT)

Esther 4:16
“Go and gather together all the Jews of Susa and fast for me. Do not eat or drink for three days, night or day. My maids and I will do the same. And then, though it is against the law, I will go in to see the king. If I must die, I must die.” (NLT)

Daniel 3:16-18

 Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego replied to him, “King Nebuchadnezzar, we do not need to defend ourselves before you in this matter. If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God we serve is able to deliver us from it, and he will deliver us from Your Majesty’s hand.  But even if he does not, we want you to know, Your Majesty, that we will not serve your gods or worship the image of gold you have set up.”  (NIV)

Daniel 6:6-12

 So these administrators and satraps went as a group to the king and said: “May King Darius live forever!  The royal administrators, prefects, satraps, advisers and governors have all agreed that the king should issue an edict and enforce the decree that anyone who prays to any god or human being during the next thirty days, except to you, Your Majesty, shall be thrown into the lions’ den.  Now, Your Majesty, issue the decree and put it in writing so that it cannot be altered—in accordance with the law of the Medes and Persians, which cannot be repealed.” So King Darius put the decree in writing.

 Now when Daniel learned that the decree had been published, he went home to his upstairs room where the windows opened toward Jerusalem. Three times a day he got down on his knees and prayed, giving thanks to his God, just as he had done before.  Then these men went as a group and found Daniel praying and asking God for help. So they went to the king and spoke to him about his royal decree: “Did you not publish a decree that during the next thirty days anyone who prays to any god or human being except to you, Your Majesty, would be thrown into the lions’ den?”  (NIV)

 

 

I Samuel 17:45-47

 David said to the Philistine, “You come against me with sword and spear and javelin, but I come against you in the name of the Lord Almighty, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied.  This day the Lord will deliver you into my hands, and I’ll strike you down and cut off your head. This very day I will give the carcasses of the Philistine army to the birds and the wild animals, and the whole world will know that there is a God in Israel.  All those gathered here will know that it is not by sword or spear that the Lord saves; for the battle is the Lord’s, and he will give all of you into our hands.”

 Esther, Shadrach, Meshach, Abednego, Daniel and David all had one thing in common.  They all stood their ground even if it meant death.  How many of us are willing to stand our ground?  Maybe it won’t be as heroic as these and many others who have gone before us.  Martin Luther King Jr., Rosa Parks, Corrie ten Boom and many others who risked reputation and lives were not afraid to take a stand. 

We are in a time in history when we need to stand against evil in the world and not give in to those in power coming after our God-given identity; our freedoms; our rights given to us by God in the Constitution of the United States.  There are more of us than there are of them.  We need to take a stand, not only for our children and grandchildren but Almighty God who created us in His own image and gave us one of the most important gifts----free choice.  We are not to bow down to the demonic system that is trying to take away our identity and make us slaves.  We are to take a stand with God to be willing to be the Kingdom of God that we were created for.  We are the ones who have dominion over the earth because we were given that in the Garden of Eden.  We are at a crossroads.  We are at a tipping point and if we do not take a stand now, we will allow evil to keep chipping away at our God-given freedoms.

                                     EVIL HAS AN EXPIRATION DATE!

^” Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.”  Revelation 12:12  (KJV)

 

We, as Christians, have hope because we know that evil has an expiration date.  When Jesus comes back to rule in His Kingdom during the 1,000 Year Millennial Reign, Satan will be bound for those 1,000 years and then he will be released for a short time.

 

“The Millennium (also known as the Millennial Kingdom is the 1,000-year reign of Jesus after the Tribulation and before all the people of the world are sent to either heaven or hell. Jesus will reign as king over Israel as well as all the nations of the world (Isaiah 2:4; 42:1). The world will live in peace (Isaiah 11:6–9; 32:18), Satan will be bound (Revelation 20:1–3), and, at the beginning, everyone will worship God (Isaiah 2:2–3). The purpose of the 1,000-year reign is to fulfill promises God made to the world that cannot be fulfilled while Satan is free and humans have political authority. Some of these promises, called covenants, were given specifically to Israel. Others were given to Jesus, the nations of the world, and creation. All of these will be fulfilled during Jesus’ 1,000-year reign.”  (Got Questions “What is The Purpose of the Thousand Year Reign of Christ?”) 

 

 Revelation 20:7-10, “When the thousand years are over, Satan will be released from his prison and will go out to deceive the nations in the four corners of the earth—Gog and Magog—to gather them for battle. In number they are like the sand on the seashore. They marched across the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of God’s people, the city he loves. But fire came down from heaven and devoured them. And the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever.” (Got Questions “Why Is God Going to Release Satan after the 1,000 years”)

 

All you need to do is pick up the newspaper, open up Yahoo or Google, turn on the TV or any other device and see what is going on in the world.  In fact, and unfortunately, you don’t even need to do that because some people are being personally impacted violently and in many other ways and only if you live under a rock what is happening now has impacted everyone in the world to a certain extent.

 

First it was the virus and the horrible suffering and death.  Then all around the world businesses were shut down, people were told to hunker down in their homes and churches were told to shut down.  There was and still is a spirit of fear.  Fear does not come from God.  So where does it come from?  You guessed---Satan himself.  What a perfect storm for evil.  In fact, I see this as a Revival of Evil.  You have heard of Christian Revivals and we have had many but this is the counterfeit coming from evil.  Evil is having a “field day.”  Get rid of the police or defund them.  Shut down the churches because they aren’t essential.  Don’t arrest the rioters because they are “peaceful protestors.” 

 

In Isaiah 5:20-21 it says:

^“Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!   Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!” (KJV)

Do not give up hope.  The Lord God will not abandon us nor leave us in darkness.  Jesus is the light of the world and He came that we might have life and have it abundantly.  If we put our hope and trust in Him, then we have nothing to fear.  

In Matthew 24 the disciples asked Jesus what would be the signs of His coming, His Second Coming.  Three times He told them that deception would be a sign.  What have we been seeing lately?  There is so much deception.  People are actually reporting lies and deceiving the public.  Jesus also talked about wars, earthquakes, famines and He said that this is the beginning of the “birth pangs.”  

Things are coming together that will usher in the 2^nd Coming of Jesus but first there needs to be a Great Harvest of souls.  The devil knows that his time is short.  It appears he wants to stop a revival, a great awakening, but he will not because this will happen before Jesus comes back because He loves souls and He wants to fill His Father’s house to overflowing!  The Kingdom of God will be made manifest throughout the world before Jesus comes back.  We will be a victorious Church! This is one of the greatest times to be alive!  If you are still here on this earth, God can and will use you as long as you reach out to Him.  Rejoice!!  The Glory of God is coming and no human or entity can and will stop it.  The best is yet to come!!  

“Arise, shine; For your light has come!  And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you.  ² For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, And deep darkness the people; But the Lord will  arise over you,
And His glory will be seen upon you.  ³ The Gentiles shall come to your light, And kings to the brightness of your rising.”   Isaiah 60:1-3 (NKJV)

 

The Church will be victorious!  God always wins and evil does have an expiration date!!

                                                       PRAYER DECLARATION

This is a Prayer Declaration based on a book, “Watchman’s Prayer” by Dutch Sheets and also input from other sources.  This prayer was showcased in the Atlanta Georgia Patriot Conference hosted by Flash Point on July 1, 2022 hosted by Gene Bailey.

                                                   PRAYER DECLARATION

As a Patriot of faith, I attest my allegiance first and foremost to the Kingdom of God and the Great Commission.  Secondly, I agree to be a watchman over our nation concerning its people and their rights to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness---

Whereas:

We, the Church, are God’s governing Body on the earth.

Whereas:

We have been given legal power from heaven and now exercise our authority.

Whereas:

We are God’s ambassadors and spokespeople over the earth.

Whereas:

Through the power of God, we are the world influencers.

Whereas:

Because of our covenant with God, we are equipped and delegated by Him to destroy every attempted advance of the enemy.

We make our declarations:

·         We decree that America’s executive branch of government will honor God and defend the Constitution.

·         We decree that our legislative branch (Congress) will write only laws that are righteous and constitutional.

·         We decree that our judicial system will issue rulings that are Biblical and constitutional.

·         We declare that we stand against wokeness, the occult and every evil attempt against our nation.

·         We declare and we now take back our God-given freedom, according to our Constitution.

·         We declare that we take back influence at the local level in our communities.

·         We decree that we take back and permanently control positions of influence and leadership in each of the *“Seven Mountains.”

·         We decree that the Blood of Jesus covers and protects our nation.  It protects and separates us from God.

·         We declare that our nation is energy independent.

·         We declare that America is strong spiritually, financially, militarily and technologically.

·         We decree that evil carries no power, authority or rights in our land or over our people.

·         We decree that we operate in unity, going beyond denominational lines in order to accomplish the purposes of God for our nation.

·         And we decree that AMERICA SHALL BE SAVED!

Our Wonderful Jesus,

Thank You for Your marvelous love and for Your light that floods out all darkness. I praise You for what you are doing on this earth. I lift up the body of Christ to You today. I pray that each one who calls himself a Christian will truly submit his heart to You. I pray that each believer will be drawn to Your goodness and grace. I pray that Your Spirit will permeate the churches in this country. Lord, let Your light snuff out all the darkness that has tried to invade the church.

Jesus, we need true revival to come to every heart. Revive the hearts of Your people. Help the church stand strong and make a bold statement for the world to see. Let us be strong and mighty people who bring light to the world.

Jesus, our country needs You desperately. Come and rescue our cities with a great move of Your Spirit. Send Your anointing power like never before. Prepare the hearts of the people to receive the outpouring of Your Spirit. I’m waiting with great expectation for the work You are going to do. Thank You for Your perfect love and for rebuilding my city and my country. I love You, Jesus, with all my heart. I pray in Your name.
